RESCIND UNSERVED A protection order which has not been served is rescinded.
PROTECTION ORDER
SBT – SETTLED (BEFORE TRIAL) Agreed settlement signed by both parties to a suit, done outside
of the court, i.e., the actual settlement is not recorded as part of
the judgment.
SUJ – SUMMARY JUDGMENT A judgment rendered by the judge at the close of the pleadings
where the only matters in dispute are questions of law.
SUP – SUPPORT Judgment of child support.
TRF – TRANSFERRED Change of venue to another jurisdiction. Do not close a case as a
transfer if the case is reassigned to a judge within the circuit.
