 The No Pass/No Drive Law provides for denial or revocation of a student's
driver's license/permit who is at least 15 years of age but less than 18 years
of age when the student drops out of school or is academically deficient.
 Within 15 days after Transportation sends notice to student that the driver's
license/permit has been revoked or denied, the student's custodial parent,
legal guardian, or next friend may request an ex parte hearing in district
court for the purpose of getting the license reinstated.
