• A civil case: complete the disposition date, disposition type and

system will close the case screen by completing the disposition date and
judge at disposition fields on the case screen.
6. In a circuit criminal case - when all charges in the case have been disposed
of and the defendant has been sentenced, close the case by completing
the disposition date and judge at dispositions fields on the case screen. Close the case

52.8 Jury Preparation and Impaneling the Jury
Instructions are provided below for those jurisdictions utilizing the Jury Management
Program and instructions for manually impaneling the jury without the use of the JMP. It is
to be noted that many jurisdictions use a combination of the instruction for the JMP and the
manual process. Follow your local procedures for impaneling the jury.
