Using the service, reading drafted content, uploading facts, or receiving a draft does not create an attorney-client relationship with Tenant Wiki, Holdfast, Spencer, any contributor, or any partner organization.

No Reliance Without Independent Review

Drafted artifacts depend on user-provided facts and the authorities available to Tenant Wiki. You are responsible for verifying facts, dates, amounts, citations, forum rules, deadlines, current law, and local procedure with qualified counsel or local legal aid before sending, filing, relying on, or sharing an artifact.

Urgent Matters

If you face an eviction notice, court date, illegal lockout, utility shutoff, domestic violence risk, or any urgent deadline, contact a licensed attorney, legal aid office, tenant hotline, or court self-help office immediately.

Wrong-Answer Incident Path

If you believe an output is wrong, stale, misleading, unsafe, or missing an important authority, preserve the artifact, note the matter and jurisdiction, and report it through the incident path in docs/wrong-answer-incident-path.md so the source materials and drafting flow can be reviewed before further use.
