4.3.10 Final Opinion or Order Entry
1. When an opinion or order that resolves the appeal is received, apply the Enter, date, initial
ENTERED stamp; add the date and your initials. Enter on a document Enter on document

5. The parties will have 30 days to file a motion for discretionary review in the Court of

4.3.11 Statement of Costs
RAP 48 (L)
1. Costs on appeal shall be borne by the unsuccessful party or parties, except, however,
that in criminal cases no reimbursement shall be required of the Commonwealth or a
municipality.
2. Liability for reimbursement of costs may be enforced on motion without the necessity of
an independent action.
