9. The judge may issue a transport order to have the respondent brought to the location of
the evidentiary hearing. Apply the ENTERED stamp; apply the date and your initials.
Enter on a document screen. Use document type OT.

10. QMHPs must examine and complete certification within seven (7) days (excluding
weekends and holidays) prior to the evidentiary hearing. When the certification is
received, apply the FILED stamp to the certification; add the date and your initials. File
certification by completing a document screen. KRS 202C.030. Use document type
ECIC.
56.2.4 Evidentiary Hearing Order
A. Evidence Does Not Support A Finding of Guilt
1. Close case screen if, on AOC Form 708.2 Evidentiary Hearing Order, Quick Reference
Setting Commitment Hearing & Examination or Dismissal & Release of Enter, date, initial
Respondent, the court does NOT find that the evidence supports a AOC Form 708.2
finding of guilt, apply the ENTERED stamp; add the date and your DOC Type ODAR
initials. Complete a document screen. Use document type ODAR. Disposition type DIS
Give notice of entry by mailing to: Notice of Entry

• Commonwealth's Attorney
• Respondent / Respondent’s Attorney
• Guardian ad Litem
• Forensic Psychiatric Facility
2. Close the case screen by completing the disposition date, disposition Close case screen
type DIS, and judge at disposition.
