1. If you receive notice that the respondent has failed to attend an Quick Reference
examination or treatment, deliver the case file to the judge for direction
on issuing a transport order. KRS 222.435.

2. If AOC Form 705A and examination/transport order is signed, apply the

4. File the execution of the transport order by applying the FILED stamp; Document screen

5. Certification of Physician/QHP. When the certification is received, apply
the FILED stamp to the certification; add the date and your initials. File File, date, initial
certification by completing a document screen. Use document type CIT.

56.5.5 Involuntary Treatment Ordered
1. Upon completion of the hearing, if the court finds by proof beyond a
reasonable doubt that the respondent should be ordered to undergo
involuntary treatment, the court will order the respondent to treatment
for a period not to exceed 60 consecutive days from the date of the
court order or a period not to exceed 360 consecutive days from the
date of the court order, whatever was the period of time that was
requested in the petition or otherwise agreed to at the hearing. KRS
