30.12.2 Not a Case in Your Court
Open a “H” case. For more information, see Case Add in the KyCourts Manual.
• Oral Request: Schedule a hearing, as directed by the court, by completing H Case

• Written Request:
1. Apply the FILED stamp to the petition; add the date and your File, date, initial

30.12.3 Petition for Relief, Modification or Termination
