3. If the judge denies the motion for a review hearing and submits a calendar

Involuntary Commitment
1. If, on AOC Form 708.6, Review Hearing Order, the court or the jury Quick Reference
finds that the Commonwealth did not establish beyond a reasonable AOC Form 708.6
doubt that Respondent continues to meet the criteria for involuntary Enter, date, initial
commitment apply the ENTERED stamp; add the date and your DOC type ODAR
initials. Complete a document screen. Use document type ODAR.
