h.   If, during the Public Hearing, the Commission determines that the Significant
           Building shall be Preferably Preserved based on criteria in Section G, then the
           Commission shall issue a Preservation Order to the Applicant. Upon issuance

                                 Effective December 8, 2025
           of a Preservation Order, no Demolition Permit shall be issued by the Building
           Commissioner for the duration of the Demolition Delay period, unless
           otherwise agreed to by the Commission in Section under E(3).
