570 charsOrganizations seeking contributions for non-commercial purposes from other than their own members shall notify the Police Department of the number of participants and expected duration of non-commercial activities at least 10 days prior to the start of the solicitation activity. Organizations are required to provide identification for each solicitor. All solicitors 13 years of age or younger shall be required to register with the Police Department 10 days prior to Soliciting. Registration fees shall not be required in these cases. F.
