590 charsA. It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any vehicle within parking spaces on public or private property that are required, under any provision of federal, Commonwealth, or local laws or regulations, to be designated and are clearly marked as reserved for vehicles owned and operated by disabled veterans or handicapped persons, except a vehicle transporting a handicapped person and displaying the special identification plate issued by any state or any country, or to leave a vehicle in a manner that obstructs a curb ramp designed for use by handicapped persons.
