(6) Transfer of Permit. Residential Rental Permits may be transferable upon a change of
       Owners, provided that the permitted use has not changed, an inspection is completed
       pursuant to Section I below, all applicable fees have been paid, and the operation of the
       continued rental use complies with the provisions of the permit and management plan.
       The new Owner or Person-In-Charge of the Residential Rental Property is required to
       promptly notify the Town of change in Ownership within fifteen (15) calendar days of
       said transfer and to submit for review and approval any proposed changes in the
       provisions of the Permit.
