3.60 – PRESERVATION OF HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT BUILDINGS
     (Voted 6-13-2022 by the Town Council)

         PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF BYLAW FOR PRESERVATION OF HISTORICALLY
                                             SIGNIFICANT BUILDINGS
Noncriminal Disposition: $300.00 penalty for each offense (enforcement by: Historical Commission or Building
Commissioner). Each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense until the demolished building is
rebuilt or re-created as directed by the Historical Commission, or unless otherwise agreed to by the Historical
Commission.
