354 chars(3) A deferment granted in accordance with this Section may be extended for not more
than 1 additional 1-year period, upon written application to the Board of Health at
least 2 months prior to the expiration of the 1st deferment period and upon a showing
that the circumstances justifying the deferment continue to exist.
