548 chars2. Third and all Subsequent Violations. On the third violation and all subsequent violations
within a 1-year period measured from the date of the first violation, Notice of a Public
Nuisance Violation and Designation as a Nuisance Property shall be delivered to all
Occupants, Owners, and Persons-In-Charge. Compliance with this Section may be
attained by email, Certified Mail, and/or posting the Notice on the Property. The Notice
shall include the following: a. The Property has been designated a Nuisance Property.
