Applicant            Any person or entity filing an application for a Demolition Authorization.
 Application          A form to request a Demolition Authorization.
                      Any combination of materials forming a shelter for persons, animals, or
 Building
                      property. The word “Building” shall include the word “Structure”.
 Building             The person occupying the Office of Building Commissioner or anyone
 Commissioner         otherwise authorized to issue a Demolition Permit.
 Commission           The Amherst Historical Commission.
                          a) Initiating the work of total destruction of an entire Building with the
                             intent of completing the same; or
