822 charsB. CPAC shall study the needs, possibilities, and resources of the Town regarding community preservation. CPAC shall consult with the Conservation Commission, the Historical Commission, the Planning Board, the Leisure Services and Supplemental Education Commission in its capacity as park commissioners, and the Housing Authority. CPAC shall also consult with and coordinate its recommendations with the Joint Capital Planning Committee. As part of its study, CPAC shall hold 1 or more public informational hearings on the needs, possibilities, and resources of the Town regarding community preservation possibilities and resources, notice of which shall be posted on the Town Bulletin Board and published for each of two weeks preceding a hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town.
