                                           General Bylaws
                                     Effective December 8, 2025
       a. The Person(s) who organized or sponsored an activity that resulted in a Public
          Nuisance; and/or,
       b. Persons engaging in activity resulting in a Public Nuisance; and/or,
       c. Owners and Person(s)-In-Charge of the Nuisance Property; provided, however, that
          the Owner of the Property shall not be held responsible for a violation and penalties if
          the Owner is actively trying to evict an occupant from the Property and that the
          occupant was the cause of the Public Nuisance.
