592 charsIn addition to the remedies provided above, the Town Manager may, after due notice to, and an opportunity for the owner of the real property to be heard, perform, or otherwise cause the clearing or treating of snow, ice, or other obstructions as described in this bylaw, and may recover from the owner the expense therefore which shall not exceed $500.00. This expense shall constitute a municipal charge lien against the real property as provided in M.G.L. c. 40, § 58. 3.41 – GAS INSPECTOR PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THE GAS INSPECTOR BYLAW Criminal Enforcement: $300.00 fine
