409 chars(4) At the time of a permit (NOI) or RFD Application, the applicant shall pay a filing fee
specified in the regulations of the Commission. The fee is in addition to that required
by the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, § 40) and regulations (310 CMR
10.00 et seq.). The filing fee shall be commensurate with the reasonable expenses
incident to the licensing.
