(7) The Commission shall have the authority to continue the hearing to a date certain
          announced at the hearing or to an unspecified date, for reasons stated at the hearing,
          which may include the anticipated or requested receipt of additional information from
          the applicant or others deemed necessary by the Commission in its discretion, or
          comments and recommendations of the boards and officials listed in Section F,
          below. If the hearing is postponed to an unspecified date, the applicant is responsible

                                    Effective December 8, 2025
          for the expense of advertising the rescheduled hearing, the notice to appear 5 business
          days prior to the hearing, in a newspaper of general circulation in the Town. In
          addition, the applicant shall send written notice of the rescheduled hearing to any
