Effective December 8, 2025
(4) Renewable Energy Systems not on the Project site or not on the same electric meter as
the subject Buildings or Building Additions may be used if insufficient solar or wind
exposure is available on the Project site. The renewable energy systems shall be
dedicated exclusively to the Project and the energy generated shall be measured
