Finally, Winter argues the district court improperly excluded Quigley’s records from Siouxland Mental Health (Sioux-land) and the testimony of Siouxland physician’s assistant Dawn Nolan (Nolan). Before trial, Quigley moved in limine to exclude “any evidence, comment or argument” related to Quigley’s Siouxland mental health records and her history of, and treatment for, mental health conditions. The district court granted the motion, excluding admission of Quigley’s records, except for a portion to which the parties stipulated. The parties stipulated to the following jury instruction: “The plaintiff has a history of depression and anxiety prior to January, 2004.”
