Appeal from the decision of a human rights referee
         for the defendant Commission on Human Rights and
         Opportunities that the named defendant made a pro-
         tected whistleblower disclosure for which the plaintiff
         had retaliated, brought to the Superior Court in the
         judicial district of New Britain, where the court, Cor-
         dani, J., rendered judgment sustaining the appeal, from
         which the defendant Commission on Human Rights and
         Opportunities appealed to the Appellate Court, Alexan-
         der, Suarez and DiPentima, Js., which affirmed the
         trial court’s judgment, and the defendant Commission
         on Human Rights and Opportunities, on the granting
         of certification, appealed to this court. Affirmed.
