​ Work under any permit issued by the building inspector shall be started within
one hundred eighty (180) days from date of issuance, and such permit shall remain in
force provided there shall be continuity of work from and after beginning of the work.
If work under any permit issued by the building inspector is not started within one
hundred eighty (180) days from date of issuance, or if continuity of work is not in
evidence after a period of six (6) months from date of issuance, the permit shall
automatically expire.

Sec. 5-61.​ Refund of fees.

​ Refunds of any fees collected pursuant to this article shall be limited to teh
amounts designated in the Master Fee Schedule..

Sec. 5-62.​ Display required.

​ Upon the receipt of a building permit, the permittee shall conspicuously display
such permit at the site of the building work.
