​ (b)​ Signs. Signs shall not adversely affect visibility at intersections. Such
signs shall be constructed, installed and maintained so as to insure public
safety and environmental quality. Such signs shall not include any general
commercial advertising material unrelated to the principal use of the
building. The signs shall be limited in subject matter to name, design,
picture and trademark of the establishment owner, operator or agent;

​ (c)​ Lighting. All artificial lighting, including signing and illumination of
the building and accessory parking areas, shall be shaded or screened from
adjoining residential areas.
