ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL

Sec. 5-1.​ Adoption of Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code.

​ The City of South Portland adopts, and thereby administers and enforces the
provisions of the Maine Uniform Building and Energy Code pursuant to Title 10,
chapter1103 and Title 25, chapters 313 and 314 of the Maine Statutes and 16-642 CMR
chapters 1-6 of the Maine Department of Public Safety Agency Rules.
