The referee further found that “[i]t [was] offensive that Dr. Schwartz was not provided with a time table of when his property would be delivered, that he received no explanation of why it was taking so long to send him his property, that the packing and delivery took nearly four months and that he did not receive all of his personal property. Further, it appears that the second and third deliveries were made only after complaints by Dr. Schwartz that he had not received all the items in the preceding delivery. . . .
