  O-P    To provide substantial areas for integrated development of offices in a park- or campus-like setting which are of the
         highest quality, are well-designed and maintained, and are compatible with their natural surroundings.
   R-P   To provide appropriate location for the development and operation of low-intensity business uses, including offices on
         or near major arterials, that are compatible in scale, density and use with surrounding and adjacent residential
