Minor solar energy systems
                                                                                                             Minor wind energy systems         ◐
  Uses that may be located in buildings that exceed the maximum permitted height. Uses marked ⏺/◐ will be considered permitted uses when
occupying buildings with a maximum height equal to or less than the maximum applicable height allowable under the permitted use dimensional
standards, and conditional Uuses when above that height.
  Food service establishments, including food trucks and other similar retail and service support uses shall only be permitted as accessory uses if all
such uses do not exceed 2,000 SF in total floor area of the building and each individual use does not exceed 1,000 SF in total floor area of the
