          New Britain, where the case was tried to the court,
          Cordani, J.; judgment sustaining in part and reversing
          in part the appeal, from which the plaintiff appealed
          and the defendant Commission on Human Rights and
          Opportunities cross appealed. Reversed in part; vacated
          in part; further proceedings.
