Note 3. Where a building is set back 200 feet or more from an abutting street, the maximum
permitted non-accessory wall sign area may be increased as follows. For every ten (10) linear
feet that the building is set back over 200 feet, the permitted non-accessory wall sign area may be
1.01 times the allowance set forth in the table above to a maximum of 2.0 times the permitted
wall sign area for primary building lengths.
