Note 29: Construction signs shall be considered permanent signs and shall be permitted to be located on fences surrounding construction sites for which a proposed building or use on the site
have obtained a building permit and provided that the sign is installed in accordance with Sectin-6(E)(5(g)(ii), below. Permanent signs on fences and walls are permitted and shall count towards
the base permitted wall sign area. Signs recognizing sponsors providing contributions of money, goods or services may be erected and maintained on athletic fields at schools and amateur athletic
association fields (whether located on public or private property). Signs shall be erected so as to face and be oriented towards the interior of the field and attached to the perimeter fencing of the
field's boundaries, but shall not extend above the top of the fencing. 3.   Accessory Instructional Signs a) Placement and Operational Regulations.
