PUBLIC ART PROGRAM

C. Whenever a vacancy shall occur, the vacancy
shall be filled by the City Council.
D. The Public Art Committee shall adopt its own
rules for the conduct of its business not
inconsistent with the statutes of the state and
this article. Any and all rules or changes to
rules shall be placed on a City Council agenda
as a communication. The rule or rules shall take
effect 45 days after the date of placement on
the council agenda, unless the City Council
takes official action disapproving the rules, in
whole or in part, prior to the expiration of the
45-day period.
E. The members of the Public Art Committee shall
annually elect one of their members as a chair
to preside at all meetings and hearings and to
fulfill the customary functions of that office,
and another of their members as vice-chair.
