TABLE 19-P: STANDARDS FOR WALL SIGNS
Standard Requirements

Sign area (max.) As provided in Table 19-G

Painted wall signs are allowed on any exterior building wall of an individual tenant space
or building. The allowable area for painted wall signs shall be increased by 10% over the
normal allowable sign dimensions for the zone. Murals and exterior painting that contain

than 10% percent of the total area of the artwork, complies with any applicable
requirements of Article 16, and meets the dimensional standards for a wall sign within the
applicable sign district, including the maximum number of signs allowed in Table 19-G.
