Other temporary sign types may be allowed (e.g. fuel pump topper signs; wrap around waste receptacles) provided the max. area limitation for
all temporary signs is not exceeded.

These signs may be used to identify businesses located down a wharf in the EWPZ and WCZ Zones that have no street frontage and where no
other options for on-site permanent signage are available.

A min. 4-foot wide pedestrian walkway must be maintained at all times.

The area of temporary and permanent window signs combined (including signs constructed of perforated vinyl or painted on the window)
must not exceed 50% of the area of the window on or within which they are displayed.
