The defendant rented the house on May 17,1994, to an individual whose income did not include section 8 assistance. Although the new tenant’s income of $555 per week did not meet the defendant’s minimum income standard, the defendant permitted her to rent the unit with her mother as a lease guarantor. The combined income of that tenant and her mother exceeded the defendant’s minimum income standard.
