I agree that the Appellate Court correctly held that § 31-51q protects private employee expressions on the premises of a private employer. Contrary to the majority opinion, however, I would conclude that the plaintiff has alleged sufficient facts, which, if proven, establish a cause of action pursuant to § 31-51q. Accordingly, I dissent.
