408 chars[17] The unchallenged testimony reveals that at least three persons of driving age resided at the defendants' home during the time in question and that all of the defendants' vehicles were insured and registered. The plaintiff's counsel expressly represented that the plaintiff was not claiming that any of the defendants' vehicles were creating any hazard, such as leaking oil, or that they were "eyesores."
