563 charsIn the present case, the rental agreement contains provisions unambiguously reflecting that the agreement's fundamental purpose is to lease a parcel of land for the placement of a dwelling, in particular, a single mobile home. Thus, for example, we can state as a matter of law that it would violate the purpose of the agreement to use the property for commercial purposes or for multiple dwellings.[14] In addition, use of the property for noncommercial purposes wholly inconsistent with maintaining a residence would violate the purpose of the rental agreement.
