319 chars[4] Paragraph 12 of the lease agreement addressed the issue of a holdover tenancy and provides in relevant part: "In the event that the [r]esident shall at any time hold over the premises beyond the original term of the lease, such holding over shall be on all the same terms and conditions contained in this lease...."
