Subsequently, the District Court, with the consent of the parties, remanded the question of the disposition of Sky Tower to HUD for reconsideration in light of the concerns expressed in the court’s opinion on the preliminary injunction. On December 17, 1976, HUD reported to the court that it had decided not to demolish the buildings but rather to transfer them to the District of Columbia, with HUD continuing to contribute substantial rent subsidies. . 42 U.S.C. § 4621 (1970). . 42 U.S.C. § 4622(a)(1) and 4622(b) (1970).
