341 chars. the notices of September 27, 1974 advising Sky Tower tenants to vacate were the “written order of the acquiring agency to vacate real property” within the meaning of the Act; and the notices aforesaid were “for a program or project undertaken by a federal agency” within the meaning of the Act, to wit, the demolition of Sky Tower . . . 23
