. The foreclosure deed is a public record. See Kirtz v. Wells Fargo Bank N.A., 2012 WL 5989705, at *5 n. 1 (D.Mass. Nov. 29, 2012). Therefore, the court may consider the foreclosure deed when ruling on the motion for leave to amend. See Rivera, 575 F.3d at 15 (when considering whether a complaint states a claim upon which relief can be granted, a court may consider "documents the authenticity of which [is] not disputed by the parties; ... official public records; ... documents central to plaintiffs’ claim; or ... documents sufficiently referred to in the complaint.”) (internal quotation marks omitted).
