273 charsGeneral Statutes § 46a-63 (3). It is undisputed that a guarantee is a form of housing assistance. Whether a guarantee constitutes a lawful source of income under § 46a-64c, therefore, turns on whether guarantees constitute income within the meaning of the statutory scheme.
