344 charsUnder these circumstances, I see no reason to criticize an analysis that is consistent with the statute’s goal as expressed in its legislative history, is a reasonable vehicle to promptly and efficiently identify and dismiss unmeritorious lawsuits or causes of action, has been approved by our Supreme Court, and has withstood the test of time.
