In the first half of 2006, “Defendants and each of them”—allegedly including Victor Wu, Lawrence Wu, and also tenants McCubbin and Merck— *1176threatened to evict two other tenants in the building for having dogs. They also demanded a third tenant remove a dog, after which the dog disappeared without its owner knowing the dog’s whereabouts.
