Fair Housing Factors Conclusion
Arlington faces real impediments to increasing fair housing choice, preventing discrimination against protected
classes, and ending the de facto segregation pervasive in the greater Boston region. These impediments can be
found at all levels, from available federal funding to local laws, from institutional processes to market actors.
