recipients are White, 3% are Black, 7% are Asian, and 0% are indigenous. No “other race” category was
reported. Approximately 97% of recipient households were not Latino, and 3% were Latino. Compared to
estimates of the racial and ethnic breakdown of residents, CDBG-assisted households are more likely to be
White and not Latino and less likely to be Black, Asian, and Latino.
